Trevor Watson, an apprentice at Sherwood Buick GMC in Sherwood Park, Alta., recently earned the top marks in GM’s Automotive Service Educational Program (ASEP) at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).

As such, he’s the 2015 winner of an award sponsored by Edmonton-based Warehouse Services Inc. (WSI).

WSI recognizes the top ASEP technician at NAIT with a brand new tool set, a commemorative plaque, and a large public plaque that is kept on display at NAIT.

WSI has been a sponsor of ASEP since it was introduced at NAIT in 2014. As an ACDelco distributor, the company has a strong connection with GM parts. It also wanted to play a part in addressing the skills shortage which impacts so many of its clients.
