Tiremaster Turns to Michelin

Tiremaster Limited, headquartered in Brampton, Ontario, is converting its retreading operations to the Michelin Retreading Technologies (MRT) process.
The announcement was made today by Ron Cherry, president of Tiremaster Limited and Matt Cooney, president of Michelin North America (Canada) Inc.
As we look toward the future, were confident that Michelins technology, quality and cradle-to-grave approach is the best solution for our customers particularly the large national fleets, said Cherry.
After decades in the retreading business, Im sold on the MRT process supported by Michelin service.
Tiremaster Limited is a highly respected leader in providing a full spectrum of tire management services to the trucking industry, said Cooney.
Michelin is pleased to add Tiremaster to the increasing number of professional retreaders who are making the switch to MRT.
Dedicated to the improvement of sustainable mobility, Michelin designs, manufactures and sells tires for every type of vehicle, including airplanes, automobiles, bicycles, earthmovers, farm equipment, heavy-duty trucks, motorcycles and the space shuttle.
Headquartered in Laval, Quebec, Michelin North America (Canada) Inc. employs approximately 3,700 and operates three plants.
