Osram announces leadership shuffle

Automotive lighting manufacturer Osram has named Joe Verbanic managing director for the U.S. and Canada for Sylvania Automotive, replacing Grant Wright who has retired.

Greg Bibbo replaces Verbanic as director of aftermarket sales and marketing. Ryan DeDecker has been named category manager.

Joe Verbanic is a 30-year veteran of Osram in its finance, product marketing, and aftermarket sales departments. In the last five years, he served as senior director of aftermarket sales and marketing, a role now given to Greg Bibbo.

Greg Bibbo is also a long-term veteran of Osram Sylvania, with 28 years in various roles in product engineering, manufacturing leadership and aftermarket product marketing.

Ryan DeDecker, the new category manager, has been with Osram for 11 years in the manufacturing and engineering departments of Osram’s automotive business, the last four years as aftermarket product manager.
