SEMA Releases Information Regarding its 2009 Show

It’s more important than ever to properly plan for the SEMA Show, according to the association, so SEMA’s Show department has released details on several important deadlines, in order to assist exhibitors and attendees in successful show planning. Exhibit Space Rental Agreement forms will be available February 20th at www.SEMAShow.com. An email with a direct link to the form will be sent to the contact for all manufacturing members and for every company that has exhibited within the past two shows.

Attendee registration for the 2009 Show will begin March 9th, and sign-ups will be available at www.SEMAShow.com. Exhibitors that submit their rental agreement deposit by May 8th will be included in the priority space selection process, which will be held from June 16th to the 30th. Exclusive SEMA room rates for more than 20 hotels will also be available on March 9th. Room rates start as low as US$59. The 2009 SEMA Show will be held November 3rd to the 6th, in Las Vegas.
