Samantha Nault-Canning Is Our Counterperson Of The Year

Each year we go to great lengths to seek out the very best of the frontline workers in the Canadian automotive aftermarket and this year Samantha Nault-Canning of Warehouse Services Inc., in Leduc, Alberta earned this recognition.

Some of the key characteristics that make a good counterperson include extensive product knowledge, good rapport with clients, and the tireless ability to go that extra mile on a daily, and sometimes hourly, basis.  Well, according to the numerous customers who recommended her for this award, Samantha lives up to this standard and then some.

“Samy is efficient, quick, polite, has a great attitude, handles tons of calls, is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond,” says Diane Neilsen of Beaumont Automotive.

“Samy is very knowledgeable in all areas of automotive parts and equipment and always goes out of her way to find the parts requested, says Josh Cousins of OK Tire in Leduc.

“She always puts the customer first,” adds Jesse Rempel of Leduc Hyundai.
