Ryder Announces Executive Appointments

Ryder System, Inc. has today announced the appointments of Michael Senaratna to vice-president of Supply Chain Solutions and Doug Hill to vice president of operations, Fleet Management Solutions for Ryder Canada.
Both positions will report to general manager and vice president of Ryder Canada, Pete Dalmazzi.
"Michael and Doug are seasoned executives, and their appointments are evidence of the recent and anticipated growth in demand for our third-party supply chain and full-service truck fleet leasing services in Canada," said Dalmazzi.
Senaratna will lead Ryder Canada’s Supply Chain Solutions business, which provides customers’ businesses with distribution management, dedicated contract carriage and transportation management solutions. Prior to joining Ryder, he held senior positions at TNT in global account management, acquisitions and general management.
Hill will lead Ryder Canada’s Fleet Management Solutions business, which provides full service leasing, commercial rental, maintenance and support services. He has been with Ryder since 1997 and has held positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he led the company’s Ontario business as vice president of operations.
