Rodcraft introduces new powerful composite angle grinders

Rodcraft has launched three new pneumatic angle grinders for the vehicle service market and auto body shop applications.

The new RC717X series is a powerful composite angle grinder range, made for body panel cutting, surface preparation, weld seam removal and frame grinding.

The RC717x series features a 700W governed motor, providing a high material removal rate with a speed of 12.000 rpm. The new series is available for 100 mm, 115 mm and 125 mm grinding wheels, cutting wheels, flap wheels; and various accessories equipped with M10 and M14 spindle.

The compact and lightweight body of the RC717x series, 245 mm long and only 1.5 kg, is designed for easy maneuverability and handling to operators working in narrow spaces. The aluminum head provides the tool’s robustness, while the comfortable grip is overmolded to insulate the operator’s hand from the cold. The Rodcraft grinders also features a robust steel wheel guard that can be adjusted to protect the operator and to facilitate access to the application.

It also features a streamlined safety lever.

The built-in bevel gear with spiral teeth and the governed motor with high efficiency air regulator are made to provide optimal working speed during operation.
