Hunter Quick Tread system now flush-mounted

Flush MountHunter Engineering Company has announced the Quick Tread drive over tread depth unit is now available in a flush mount configuration. The flush mount system features a clean, level grade installation and offers a smooth approach.

Hunter’s Quick Tread system automatically measures the tread depth of each tire in seconds. The unit measures 280,000 data points across a two-inch segment of the tire and generates a point cloud—a three-dimensional model of the customer’s tire. Results are presented in a digital report and on an easy-to-understand, customizable printout.

Driven by Hunter’s WinAlign software, all measurements are processed on-site in seconds. No Internet connection is required to process measurements and there is no recurring monthly charge.

Quick Tread also stores all tread depth records to create a customer history for the retailer’s sales and marketing efforts and to further boost tire sales.

The new drive over tread depth units, both surface and flush mount, can easily be added to existing Hunter Quick Check systems, Hawkeye Elite aligners or installed as a stand alone system.
