ASA launches new mobile app

The Automotive Service Association presented a new app at its Annual Business Meeting and Conference.

Among other things, the app, developed by MobileSoft, allows ASA members to access industry news and events, and locate member shops.

ASA also announced that ASA members will be able to build their own apps at a special pricing through the app developer, MobileSoft, as part of their partnership with ASA.

“I am excited to announce our new partnership with MobileSoft, which will provide industry information to our professionals while on the go using our new ASA app,” ASA executive director Ray Fisher said. “In addition, MobileSoft is providing ASA members the opportunity to stand out by offering their professional services of building custom apps for our ASA member repair facilities at an affordable rate and an exclusive price for our members.”

On their personalized MyGarage app, members will be able to schedule appointments with photos and engine noise recorder, and offer their customers unique digital rewards stamp card, access to towing services, and receive GPS directions.
