NAPA Ontario holds weekend business conference

Break-out sessions covered topics such as marketing, new products, auto technology, and how to manage accounts-receivable.

NAPA’s Ontario store owners enjoyed a two-day business conference at Blue Mountain in Collingwood, Ont. on the weekend.

The conference gave participants a chance to hear from UAP president Alain Masse and executive VP John Buckley, before motivational speaker Martin Tremblay gave a lesson on how to be the CEO of “Me Inc.”

Break-out sessions covered topics such as marketing, new products, auto technology, and how to manage accounts-receivable.

A trade show component gave participants a chance to meet with vendors, see the latest automotive products on offer, and network with fellow jobbers.

The event culminated in a gala dinner that recognized long-time members and featured the comedy stylings of Colin Mochrie and Debra McGrath.
