Tenneco Inc.’s Rancho brand has recently released Rancho RS7000MT struts for a series of popular Chevy and GMC trucks and SUVs.
Specifically engineered for 2007-2012 Chevrolet Silverado/Suburban/Tahoe and GMC Avalanche/Sierra/Yukon applications, the RS7000MT struts were developed through Rancho’s unique relationship with original equipment manufacturers as the performance ride control and suspension system brand of Tenneco Inc.
Rancho RS7000MT struts quickly and effectively dissipate heat, providing exceptional resistance to overheating during extreme use, like hauling or off-road use on rough roads or trails. Each Chevrolet/GMC strut was engineered using advanced valving, precisely tuned to these vehicles. Maximizing damping efficiency and providing control on the trucks and SUVs, the RS7000MT monotube struts help deliver a fast, precise response in both on- and off-road driving.
Each RS7000MT strut includes the spring seat. Re-use of the OE coil spring and mount are required.
The new Rancho RS7000MT strut coverage includes:
•2007-12 GMC Avalanche 1500 4WD (excludes Electronic Ride Control package) – RS7784, front; RS7274, rear
•2007-12 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 1500 4WD (excludes Electronic Ride Control, Quadrasteer, and 4WD packages) – RS7784, front; RS7198, rear
