Mitchell 1 offering training workshop for Manger and Manager SE Software

The Mitchell 1 Shop Management System Training Workshop will be held in Minneapolis, Minn., July 18-20. The two-day training sessions will guide users through all levels of functionality in the Mitchell 1 Manager and ManagerPlus system. Attendees can also participate in user-group sessions, designed for those who have a previously established competence using their shop management software and now want to learn more advanced capabilities, better methods and shortcuts.

Instructors at the event will explore program setup values, inventory, reporting, best practices and advanced transactions as well as integration with aftermarket cataloging. The workshop will explore both of Mitchell 1’s popular shop management solutions – Manager 5.9 and Manager SE (version 6.4) – since setup and operation is similar for these products. Users of both platforms will benefit from this training experience.

The training weekend will also include an evening cocktail reception on Thursday, July 18, featuring a presentation of the Mitchell 1’s SocialCRM customer retention and new customer acquisition service.

In preparation for this event, Mitchell 1 held a “Shift into High Gear” Facebook sweepstakes. Danny Fox of Lawrence Automotive Diagnostics in Lawrence, Kan. Was named the grand prize winner, earning himself a trip to attend the Mitchell 1 Shop Management System Training Workshop. Fox will receive round-trip airfare for two people to Minneapolis and three nights hotel stay, workshop tuition for two people, plus breakfast, lunch and refreshments each day.
