Learn the first thing to do when your customer says, “My A/C is blowing warm.”  What tools and equipment do you need to quickly determine the cause of poor A/C performance? The webinar will be hosted by Steve Schaeber, MACS manager of service training, along with special guest Peter McArdle, Sales & Technical Instructor / Developer with Four Seasons / Standard Motor Products, an OEM Tier 1 supplier of air conditioning and vehicle components and MACS Member located in Irving, Texas.  Learn how to verify and duplicate the customer’s concern:
