M&P Speed Apparel Signs Licensing Agreement With Gulf

M&P Speed Shop has announced a new licensing agreement with Gulf. Gulf is one of the most recognizable and iconic brands in motorsports. While Gulf had been involved in real racing for many years it was the 1971 film Le Mans that catapulted the brand into a pop-culture icon. After Le Mans hit the theaters there was a run on the jackets, shirts, and hats that were worn in the film. Everyone wanted to be as cool as Steve McQueen. From the historic Ford GT40 and Porsche 917 to the more recent McLaren F1 supercar, Gulf has enjoyed an association with some of the greatest marques and racing drivers in the history of racing.
