Bryon Osterland has been appointed as vice president of global chassis at Federal-Mogul Motorparts, the company announced recently.

Also, Craig Frohock has been appointed as vice president of global sealing, engine and underhood services at the Southfield, Mich.-based company.

Both Osterland and Frohock will report directly to Federal-Mogul chief executive officer Brad Norton, who is also co-CEO of Federal-Mogul LLC.

Osterland has been with Federal-Mogul since 2002, when he started his career, and has moved up the company’s ladder ever since. His most recent tole was general manager, chassis, Americas. “Bryon joined Federal-Mogul as an intern, and, over the last 15 years, has consistently demonstrated his value and commitment to the company,” Norton said.  “He has dedicated his career to making sure Federal-Mogul Motorparts sets the industry standard when it comes to chassis.”

Frohock, meanwhile, joins the company from Meritor, where he has been since 1997 and held numerous positions, including vice president, aftermarket, North America, where he was responsible for Meritor’s aftermarket business in the commercial vehicle truck, trailer, specialty and bus, defense, and independent markets.

“Craig brings a multitude of experience and a great deal of knowledge to this position, especially as it pertains to the commercial vehicle market,” Norton said.
