Toyota USA Launches Wholesale Parts Website

Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Inc. has announced the launch of the enhanced Toyota Wholesale Parts Web site, ToyotaPartsAndService.com, which now allows repair shops to order genuine Toyota parts online directly from their designated Toyota dealer.
The Web site now offers repair shops with parts and key information to help their Toyota customers maintain their vehicles with original equipment parts.
“It’s a win-win,” said Dave Camden, TMS vice president of dealer operations.
“When customers receive a quality repair using genuine Toyota parts, they get the assurance of knowing they are maintaining the value of their vehicle for the long run and that also increases customer loyalty.
“For the independents, it’s about the ability to get the job done efficiently and accurately, to keep the customer coming back to them.
“This site was designed with that in mind.”
In 2005, the Toyota wholesale parts Website launched to demonstrate Toyota’s commitment to support repairs for customers at independent repair shops in addition to dealerships.
“We’ve enhanced the Website so that repair shops can order parts anytime, which provides efficient service for the customer and flexibility for the shops,” said Jerry Raskind, TMS wholesale development manager.
