Total Lubricants Acquires Ultramar’s Lubricant Business

Total Lubricants Canada has acquired Ultramar’s lubricants business. The two companies have also signed a partnership under which Total branded lubricants will be sold throughout the Ultramar Network. This alliance will allow Ultramar customers to have access to Total Lubricants’ full line of automotive and industrial products, which includes synthetic, fuel-efficient, and biodegradable lubricants.
