The 2007 Taipei International Auto Parts & Accessories Show (Taipei AMPA 2007), one of the worlds best and the largest auto parts show in Asia, and AutoTronics Taipei 2007 automobile electronics show are combining forces.
The joint event, being held April 2 to 5, 2007 in at the Taipei World Trade Centre will showcase products in Taiwans rapidly growing automotive sector.
Taiwans total production value of automobiles & motorcycles last year reaching US$16.68 billion, up 4.6% over the previous year. Auto parts & motorcycle parts account for nearly half of the industrys total production, a sector that helped the industry reach a production value of US$8.11 billion in 2005, according to Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Over the past decade, export value of Taiwan auto parts & motorcycle parts have grown steadily at an average growth rate of 8.8% to achieve an export value in 2005 of US$4.59 billion.
Taipei AMPA 2007 presents such prospect-packed categories as Auto Parts & Accessories, Repair Service Tools & Equipment, Tires & Tubes, and more. A line-up of 900 exhibitors with more than 2,600 booths is expected.
The first AutoTronics Taipei last April 2006 won resounding success after TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) teamed up with TEEMA (Taiwan Electrical & Electronic Manufacturers Association) for the premiere show that enhanced Taiwans competitiveness, progressed information and technology exchanges, and help boost business opportunities. That show, in its trial year fielded 140 exhibitors which used 300 booths to show their best to 20,000 visitors from both home and abroad.
AutoTronics Taipei 2007 exhibits include telematics/drive information systems, auto body electrical systems, auto security & security systems, engine management & power train systems, brake control systems, suspension systems, automobile electronic products, and automobile electronic components & parts.
