Lund International, a manufacturer of automotive aftermarket accessories, is pleased to announce it has named Matthew Sturdevant as its director of product marketing. Sturdevant most recently served as the companys director of brand management. He was the marketing manager at Deflecta-Shield from 1993 to 1998, helping to transition the brand when it was acquired by Lund International in 1997. Im very excited about the opportunities and challenges presented by the marketing director role at Lund International, said Sturdevant. All of my experience in product management, marketing communications, customer service, and strategic planning has given me a strong understanding of how we can add value to our products and enhance the lives of our consumers. My broad range of experience in the automotive aftermarket will enable me to help the business deliver exciting new opportunities for growth. As director of product marketing, Sturdevant intends to focus on, building a team of marketing professionals who are as excited about the potential in this dynamic and diverse industry as I am, he explained. Long term, we intend to identify and develop new opportunities for Lund Internationals brands in existing and emerging market segments. This is an exciting time in the automotive aftermarket. Sturdevant earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa and holds an MBA from Drake University.
