AllData has announced the release of service shop management system.
The AllData ServiceCenter is described as an easy-to-use service management system that streamlines estimating, repair order writing and invoicing as well as tracking customers.
According to the company, it has provision to handle Canadian GST/HST and PST taxes. It also has a Disclaimer/Notes feature that a shop can use to enter any canned disclaimers, waivers or legal notes that may be required by the different provinces.
According to AllData, benefits of the ServiceCenter include:
* Reducing time spent hand-writing and filing estimates, repair orders and invoices
* Maintaining historical information about customers and their vehicles
* Providing reports to study business trends to help increase profit margins
* Ensuring data security with an automatic back-up feature
* Can increase profit margins through standardized parts markups.
