Shad’s R&R Goes Online

The board of directors for Shad’s R&R, under the leadership of John Vanstone, have joined forces with Muscular Dystrophy Canada in the form of a website and donation vehicle whereby anyone may donate to the cause online.

Shad’s board is also working on a special equipment project whereby monies raised would fund an equipment need for a special-needs individual who would be designated by Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

Shad’s encourages industry members to go to the web-site, or the golf event on June 12th, and do your part to help support the Muscular Dystrophy Canada campaign through Shad’s R & R.

The late Fred Shaddick founded the event in 1973 and over the years, Shad’s has donated a total of $3,276,000.

Prenco and Docap Develop National Distribution Program

Prenco Progress and Engineering Corporation and Docap, division of Drive Products, have announced a national parts distribution program for the full range of Prenco branded products.

Prenco’s lines of brake hydraulics, emission components, timing belts, ignition wire sets, ignition coils, and coil-on-plug and distributor parts for import and domestic applications, will be available in all Docap warehouses across Canada.

Prenco is a manufacturer and exporter of ignition wire sets and related parts, and is a co-manufacturer of various product lines for the automotive aftermarket.

Docap has been supplying products for the automotive and industrial aftermarket industry since 1939.
