Rear Inner Compensator Link/Tie Rod End for Ford Explorer, Lincoln Aviator

Federal-Mogul’s steering and suspension team has introduced a rear inner compensator link/tie rod end for Ford Explorer and Lincoln Aviator models.
The company says it is the first to offer this aftermarket replacement, fitting more than 1.3 million North American vehicles.
The Moog Problem Solver design (#ES800560) is now available for 2002-2005 Ford Explorer and 2003-2005 Lincoln Aviator models. It was developed in response to technician requests for a more durable component that eliminates the need to replace the entire rear link assembly on these applications.
“Until now, technicians have had to replace the entire assembly with parts featuring the original design. The new Moog Problem Solver part now allows the installer to replace only the failed component and offers a significantly more robust and longer lasting solution that can help prevent comebacks and costly repairs,” said Mark Boyle, director, steering and suspension products, Federal-Mogul.
The Moog ES800560 rear inner compensator link/tie rod end includes the brand’s proven all-metal “gusher” bearing design for exceptional strength and longer life. The Moog part also features a grease fitting to allow for periodic servicing and is far more resistant to socket pull-out than the original part.
