Purolator Launches New Web Site

Purolator Filters has launched an updated new site (www.purolatorautofilters.net) designed to provide nearly every kind of filter information for do-it-yourself customers as well as automotive trade professionals. Some of its features include an easy to use application guide to help identify the correct part number, the appropriate specs, and a product image for virtually every filter offered by Purolator.

In addition to the detailed product information on Purolator’s full line of oil, air, cabin air, fuel, and transmission filters, the website also lists current promotions offered by the company as well as the opportunity to create a user profile to receive emails and newsletters directly from Purolator.

Its most impressive feature, however, is a virtual encyclopedia for filter-related facts and technical information. This includes a full e-catalog for locating the correct part number for any application; a cross-reference library that converts most other brands of filters to the proper Purolator part number; the “Where to Buy” Section shows where Purolator products can be purchased; and there’s also a frequently asked questions area.

“Based on our research to determine the kind of information our customers need most often, this new site fulfills nearly every single need we identified, said Monica Odom, Purolator brand specialist. “There is, of course, a place for visitors to contact us, along with comments/suggestions that can make this exciting new web site even more useful. We look forward to their feedback.”
