Penray Introduces “Smart” Emergency Tire Inflator

The Penray Companies, Inc. has introduced its new Penray Plus Tire Fix Plus emergency tire inflator that uses exclusive and proprietary technology to provide motorists with greater value and technicians with added assistance in executing a repair. .

This new product will be available in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

In addition to providing emergency leak repair and tire inflation, Penray’s Tire Fix Plus system features Leak Detective, an exclusive feature invented at Penray.  Leak Detective is designed to leave an easily-identified fluorescent mark at the location where it has sealed a leak. This makes it much easier for the technician to find the leak or leaks which are no longer hissing or blowing bubbles.

The non-flammable nature of both the sealant and the inflation gas used in Penray’s Tire Fix Plus make it safe for use by both the consumer, and the technician who permanently repairs the tire.

Penray Plus Tire Fix Plus is a convenient product that provides a safe and effective temporary repair for many types of flat tires. It is easily applied through the tire’s valve stem. The foaming sealant finds and seals the point of leakage and inflates the tire to a safe operating pressure, all in one simple operation. Tire Fix Plus will work on virtually any type of pneumatic tires, including those used on cars, trucks, SUVs, boat trailers, and ATV tires.

It is fully compatible with all Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) and sensors, and attaches directly to the tire valve for positive, secure inflation. It is an environmentally-responsible product with no CFC’s.

Penray Plus Tire Fix Plus is available in four different configurations – a 12-ounce can that attaches directly to the tire’s valve stem, a 12-ounce can with a flexible hose for more convenient connection to the valve stem, a 16-ounce can, also with flexible hose, and a 22 ounce size that is especially well-suited to SUVs and light trucks with larger tires that can benefit from the greater capacity of the larger can.

The 12, 16 and 22-ounce cans with inflator include a user-friendly storage system for the hose, built right into the cap of the container. This storage space protects the hose from kinking or damage during storage while also preventing accidental discharge.
