PartSource Launches “Club Card” PartSource, has announced the launch of its first loyalty program geared to retail and wholesale customers. The Club Card offers members exclusive privileges, including discounts on selected in-store items and access to special product promotions. The Club Card is offered without sign up or annual fee and applies discounts at point-of-purchase. “PartSource has designed this program with customer satisfaction top of mind,” said Bruce Allen, president, PartSource. “Customers will be rewarded automatically at the point of purchase through special discounts on items we know are most valuable to them instead of accumulating points or waiting for monthly statements. We are recognizing do-it-yourselfers and professional installers for doing business with PartSource and we want them to spread the word to their families and friends.” Discounted items are comprised of a number of product lines or categories. The list is on display in the stores and discounts range anywhere from 10 to 50%, with product offerings to change approximately three or four times per year. Customers who sign up for the program will receive a Club Card membership card and are immediately eligible to receive applicable discounts. Once the customer is registered in the Club Card member database, any additional purchases of marked items will automatically reflect the discounted price. Club purchases can be tracked for warranty purposes, increasing customer convenience in the event of lost or damaged receipts. In addition to the special discounts for Club members, PartSource also offers a 10% price guarantee. If a customer finds any identical product at a lower price at a competitor, PartSource will match the price and offer a further 10% discount on the item. This applies to all customers (Club members or not) and to any product in its stores.
