The 2010-11 class of the University of the Aftermarket Leadership 2.0 experience is nearing a sellout.
Industry professionals who are interested in participating in the aftermarket’s cornerstone executive development program are urged to contact the University as soon as possible to reserve their seats.
Leadership 2.0 is designed for any mid-level professional working in any segment of the aftermarket, including manufacturing, retail operations, wholesale distributing, program group management, association management, and vehicle service operations. The program comprises two intensive five-day on-campus sessions, September 12-17, 2010, at Northwood University’s campus in Midland, Mich., and April 3-8, 2011, at the University’s West Palm Beach, Fla. campus.
Led by Northwood faculty and senior aftermarket executives and leaders, the curriculum includes a blend of industry research and market analysis, discussion and debate on aftermarket challenges and competitive strategies, individual communication skills training, negotiations and conflict management, insight into supply chain solutions, and other industry topics. Participants collaborate between sessions on projects that tackle aftermarket-specific leadership challenges.
“Our incoming class includes participants from every level of the industry, which makes for insightful discussions regarding emerging trends that will help shape tomorrow’s aftermarket,” said University of the Aftermarket Director Brian Cruickshank, AAP.
Industry professionals who are interested in one of the few remaining spots in the 2010-11 class should contact the University of the Aftermarket as soon as possible by calling 1-800-551-2882 or sending an email to brianc@northwood.edu.
