The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association, the commercial vehicle division of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA), has announced that Andrej Divis, director – global heavy truck research of IHS Markit, will speak at Heavy Duty Dialogue’16 (HDD’16), scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 9, at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Ariz.
