New Catalogue for Purolator PureOne Oil and Air Filters

Purolator Filters NA LLC has published its 2009 automotive filter catalogue (PUCT 609) with expanded coverage for Purolator PureOne premium-grade oil and air filters for domestic and import passenger cars, light trucks and vans for 1975 to 2009 model years. This 280-page trilingual catalogue (in English, French and Spanish) includes 89 new product applications for the 2009 model year.

“The 2009 Purolator automotive filter catalogue for PureOne premium oil and air filters has been especially designed for ease of use and understanding by automotive professionals and do-it-yourselfers (DIYers) throughout NAFTA,” said Ramon Nunez, director of filtration for Robert Bosch LLC, joint venture owner of Purolator. “The level of detail included in this catalogue such as hotline information in clear and large print near the beginning, instructions on how to identify the correct year of your vehicle, and the list of new applications are all especially designed to make the job of searching for the correct filter easier and quicker.”

Additionally, a number of pages at the back of the catalogue address such issues as “Loss of Oil Pump Prime,” “Standard versus Metric Threads,” “Over Pressure Warning Light Problems” and more that an automotive professional or a DIYer may encounter during or after changing a filter. The catalogue’s easily recognizable gold cover and clear graphics make it a strong presence on retail shelves and a handy reference tool for repair shop technicians.
