NAPA Nabs Title Sponsor Role For Montreal NASCAR Event


Stock-Car Montral announced today that the NAPA Auto Parts 200 will be the official name of the inaugural NASCAR Busch Series race on August 3-4 at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve. Officials from both organizations made the announcement at a press conference held this week in downtown Montreal.
Attending the media event were principals of UAP Inc., a Canadian leader in the sale and distribution of auto parts under the NAPA brand, and NASCAR Busch Series driver David Reutimann. During the press conference, it was also announced that Reutimann will drive the # 99 NAPA Auto Parts Toyota Camry in the Montreal race.
Reutimann, 37, the son of racing legend Emil Buzzie Reutimann, is currently fifth in the Busch Series standings.
