Motor Oil Package Offers Bulk Option for Low-Volume Users

Wakefield Canada has introduced a mini bulk pack for Castrol oil for the trade.

The Castrol Enviro-pack holds enough oil for five changes (averaging 4.2 litres) in a 22.7 litre bulk pack that uses a cardboard container with plastic bladder to minimize packaging.

This container system uses new techniques to provide low volume pricing to jobbers and installers whose business volume cannot take advantage of bulk delivery, while a;sp creating less package waste than oil delivered in cases of jugs or bottles.

For disposal, the oil bladder is treated in the usual manner, but the cardboard container flattens for ordinary cardboard recycling. The small shelf footprint (9.5” w x 15” d x 12”h) saves space.

Wakefield is initially offering the option for Castrol GTX High Mileage in 5W30 and 10W30.
