Mitchell Names New Top Canadian Executive

Mitchell International has announced that Mike Jerry has been promoted to vice-president and general manager of Canadian Operations.
In this new role, Jerry will be responsible for overseeing all functions within Mitchell’s Canadian business effort. This new job is intended to increase the company’s focus on the Canadian market.
Jerry has many years of experience in both the insurance and collision repair industries. He joined Mitchell more than 11 years ago, serving most recently as national manager of shop operations. He has also been a member of Mitchell’s Canadian insurance service organization. Prior to joining Mitchell as its first employee based in Canada, Jerry was a supervisor of material damage for Federated Insurance in Mississauga, Ontario. He began his career working in a Stayner, Ontario-based, family-owned collision repair facility.
"Mike’s dedication and effort in providing the highest quality of customer service has helped Mitchell to enjoy substantial growth in Canada in recent years," said Marc Brungger, vice president, Mitchell International. "We are confident that level of service will continue with Mike in charge of day-to-day operations."
Jerry received a bachelor’s degree in administrative and commercial studies from the University of Western Ontario and has achieved his Advanced Auto II certification for appraising from the Dallas-based Insurance Technical Training Institute.
