Michael Cardone, Jr. Receives Automotive Leader Award


The Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association presented Michael Cardone, Jr., president, CEO and COO of Cardone Industries with its “Automotive Leader of the Year” Award for his contributions to the automotive remanufacturing industry.
Cardone, a 30-year veteran of the industry, is known for his leadership in automotive remanufacturing. Cardone, Jr. and was credited with "completely transforming the automotive remanufacturing industry through advancements that include creating new, highly technical categories of remanufactured parts including electronics and ABS, and leading the industry in quality standards such as ISO9002, QS-9000 and ISO14001 and adapting methodologies used by original equipment manufacturers."
“This award is an honor for me and for Cardon Industries,” Cardone. “It represents the dedication of my family and employees to the automotive industry.”
AWDA established this award in 1959 to honor individuals for important contributions to the industry.
