MACS Board Update


The votes from the MACS Board of Director’s election have been counted and the following individuals have been elected by their fellow MACS members:
Serving the service and repair members are Jim Atkinson of Car Repair Company, Scottsdale, AZ and Andy Fiffick, Rad-Air Complete Car Care,
Cleveland, OH.
Elected from the distributor membership are Luis Chinea, Luis Chinea Auto Commercial, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Randy Rankin of Ranshu, Reno, NV.
Representing the manufacturer members are David Jack of Denso Sales California, Long Beach, CA and Reno Farrugia, Visteon, Van Buren Township, MI.
The MACS board will elect officers at their January 2008 meeting.
Founded in 1981, the Mobile Air Conditioning Society is a non-profit trade association for the mobile air conditioning, heating and engine cooling system segment of the automotive aftermarket.
MACS represents a growing membership in North America and 47 countries around the world, and provides information and services to more than 60,000 industry shops, suppliers and technicians.
