Lund Announces Executive Promotion

Lund International has announced the promotion of Jerry Schomaker to the position of vice-president and general manager at the Ventshade Accessories Division (VAD).
Previously with Lund International’s Deflecta-Shield Accessories Division in Indiana, Schomaker joined VAD last August as vice-president of operations. In his new position he will succeed Richard Tucker who will retire at the end of June.
Schomaker brings to his new role more than 30 years experience in manufacturing and operations management. During his time at VAD he has provided strategic direction to an ever-changing business environment and has initiated positive changes in the engineering and quality functions.
Lund International is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of a broad line of accessories for the automotive aftermarket. Its products are sold under the brand names AVS, Deflecta-Shield, Lund, Nifty and Trenz.
