Lift and Level 2012 Dodge Ram 1500

Rancho has released a new 4-in. suspension system that includes several components designed specifically to lift and level the new 2012 Dodge Ram 1500.

Delivering exceptional strength and maintaining proper CV and drive shaft angles to minimize vibrations, the new Rancho system includes a one-piece re-inforced subframe, constructed from high-strength, low-alloy drawn-over-mandrel steel.

The kit also includes a pair of extended length, CNC-machined steering knuckles that maintain track width and provide proper steering geometry. The system is fully compatible with the truck’s Electronic Stability Control System.

The kit fits up to 35-in. tires and allows for re-use of stock wheels. Trimming or modification for the tires may be required during install. New rear springs (RS821B) also are included in the suspension kit.

The system includes all necessary Rancho brackets, constructed from high-strength, low-alloy steel. Rancho engineers have included detailed, step-by-step installation guides for a simple, fast installation.

This Rancho Dodge system is compatible with the RS5000 series of shocks (RS5810, front; RS5369, rear). Rancho RS5000 performance shocks combine a twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity valving to deliver a comfortable on-highway ride and superb off-road performance. RS5000 shocks feature an expanded tube for increased fluid capacity and reduced internal temperatures. Each shock includes sturdy double-wall construction; glass-filled PTFE piston seals; 5/8-in. diameter hardened, double-chromed rod; and 1-3/8-in.-diameter full-displacement piston.

The 2012 Rancho Dodge 1500 suspension system is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. To learn more, visit,
