Concord, Ontario-based Lankar Systems announced today it has received I-SHOP (AAIA Open Industry Standards) certification for its ABMS (Automotive Business Management System). The incorporation of the new standard will be introduced to consumers in the next release of the ABMS, version 5.1 due 3rd quarter 2004. Lankar Systems is the first shop management system company in Canada to become certified since the I-SHOP standards were established, and the second shop management system ever to have incorporated the standard into a shop management system.
