KYB Appoints National Accounts Manager

KYB America LLC, a manufacturer and marketer shocks and struts, has appointed Brian White as its national accounts manager responsible for sales activities involving program groups as well as Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
White will also be responsible for new business development. The announcement was made by Mike Howarth, senior vice president.
Prior to the appointment, White was KYB’s eastern regional sales manager and was responsible for managing KYB’s district managers and merchandising representatives in the eastern half of the U.S. He also helped developed new business and handled the development of sales programs for existing customers, as well as training clinics for customers and KYB employees.
Prior to joining the KYB organization, White held executive positions with several automotive aftermarket companies. He was a regional manager for automotive merchandising, a general manager for Eastern Imported Parts Wholesalers, and an area manager for Discount Auto Parts from 1984 to 1989.
He is married and resides with his wife and three children in Graham, N.C.
KYB America LLC manufactures and markets a full line of shocks and struts for replacement, upgrade, and performance applications. The KYB line includes Gas-a-Just Monotube Gas Shocks, GR-2 Gas Shocks, Struts, and Cartridges, MonoMax Performance Gas Shocks, AGX Adjustable Gas Shocks and Struts, and strut mounts and boots.
