IDUSA Chooses Voice Automation

#aftermarket – International Distributors USA Inc. has invested in Mountain Leverage voice technology. The customized Honeywell solution will be used for picking and replenishment in its distribution to optimize workflows, increase order accuracy and support growth.

Bishara, IDUSA’s CEO. “This is a state-of-the-art system that allows us to achieve our goal of a 24 hour turn-around time of customers’ orders with 99%+ accuracy.” In May of 2014, IDUSA completed the transfer to its new DC in Olive Branch, Miss., and opened an additional DC in Carson, Calif.
