Genisys from OTC promises to combine the functions of diagnostics, scan tools, gas, scope and meters in one unit. Features include bi-directional communications with shop PCs and components, adherence to Passport standards, and a host of modules and upgrades in the pipeline that will expand its capabilities. Using hardware modules, it is also compatible with OTC Monitor cartridges. Other features include a fast USB connection, serial connection, infrared transmission, and RF wireless communications with an optional card.
