Goodson Announces Distribution Agreement with Crack Detection Equipment Supplier Parker Research Corporation

Goodson Tools and Supplies for Engine Builders of Winona, Minn., has announced a distribution agreement with Parker Research Corporation of Clearwater, Fla.
“We’re particularly proud,” Dave Monyhan, national sales manager, said, “to bring Parker Research Corporation Magnetic Crack Detectors to the automotive market. Parker has been building and supplying these units to the industrial market for decades and they’ve seen fit to give Goodson the exclusive right to distribute their products to the automotive aftermarket.”
Goodson has added two Magnetic Crack Detector models to its product line. Both models are available in 115V and 230V AC units and carry a full 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Both models feature articulating legs so them will conform to virtually any surface configuration. They are lightweight and easy to take to the worksite. Unlike some older model crack detectors, these units do not require a transformer box, instead operating directly off of standard AC service. Monyhan stressed that these models are shippable worldwide. “The 230V units are shipped with a pigtail on the electrical cord so it can be connected as needed.”
