AIA North and Southern Divisions held their annual NORTH/SOUTH Golf tournament June 13,2007.
This year a 42HD Plasma TV was the main prize for several draws created to raise money for Automotive Scholarships.
After winning, Kim Schumacher (APD) generously donated his prize back for a live auction.
Dick Allen ( Fountain Tire) was happy to fill in as auctioneer, a skill in which he has professional training.
Ray Rutherford (Wilter Auto Industrial) was the winning bidder, and with a show of generosity donated the TV back to the AIA Northern division to be used at the upcoming Rick Gibson Memorial Golf Tournament.
The heroes of our game reception was held the night before honoring Carl Eskow for his many years of service.
A Texas-holdem tournament was also held raising money for high-fives for kids”, an AIA initiative.
