Four for the Future: 2013 AAIA Impact Awards

Nominations Now Open


Nominees are now being accepted for the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) Impact Award: Four for the Future, which annually honors four aftermarket professionals, age 40 or younger, who have made remarkable contributions within the aftermarket industry. The award was created in 2010, and is administered by the AAIA Marketing and Communications Committee on behalf of the association.

The 2012 winners of the Impact Awards were:

* Danielle Orlando, Trico Products

* Dan Rader, Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc.

* Jens Schueler, The Schaeffler Group

* Andrea Schultz, The Timken Company

“We look forward to recognizing four new Impact winners in 2013, and applauding ambitious young professionals that exemplify top-notch excellence in the next generation of aftermarket leaders,” said Kathleen Schmatz, AAIA president and CEO.

The award is open to anyone aged 40 or younger, with relevant professional work experience, of which a minimum of two years must be in the automotive aftermarket. Nominations are due by Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, and honorees will be notified in October 2013. Winners will be selected by the AAIA Marketing and Member Relations Committee and recognized during the AAIA Town Hall Breakfast on Wednesday, Nov. 5 at AAPEX, in Las Vegas, Nev.
