Federal-Mogul Introduces Enhanced FMeConnect Web Order Management System For Distributors


Federal-Mogul has expanded and improved the capabilities of its FMeConnect web order management system, enabling replacement parts distributors to streamline several business processes, including order placement and tracking, inventory queries, backorder reporting and invoice retrieval across all Federal-Mogul product lines. The platform is built with upgraded eCommerce technology, supports multiple languages and offers live customer service support via a new online chat feature.
