Raydan Manufacturing Inc. has announced the expansion of their chassis modification division and the opening of a new tandemization facility, in response to increased demand
for the Company’s proprietary Air Link suspension system and other services.
“We have reached maximum operating capacity at our Nisku facility and in addition to the 6,000 sq.ft. facility we recently acquired, we are constructing a 12,000 sq.ft. building on our present site,” commented
RayEnglish, President and CEO at Raydan. “In the last two years we have seen a significant increase in the demand for tandemizations and modifications, as well as accelerated growth in our manufacturing division and this new facility will allow us to efficiently meet all our customer’s needs.”
“Raydan has received an enthusiastic response to the Air Link(TM) air ride walking beam suspension for tandem steer since we released it to the US and Canadian markets,” he continued, “and as a result, we have tandemization projects booked through October. The demand for tandem vocational trucks is continually growing in a wide variety of applications, including oilfield
service, redi-mix, and refuse, and we intend to ensure that Raydan continues to meet this growing interest.”
“Demand for the tandem rear Air Link(TM) has also greatly increased, and we’ve responded by increasing our engineering staff and adding a second shift on the production line. The larger building will also alleviate the need for additional storage space and incorporate room for updated paint and packaging components.”
