Edmonton Chapter of CIAA To Hold Shop Forum May 12

The Edmonton chapter of the Canadian Independent Automotive Association (CIAA) will be offering a chance for shop owners to discuss a variety of topics and issues relevant to continued success in the independent service industry.

Topics to be covered during the forum will include: What does the future hold for indpendent service providers; what can be done to secure business for 2011’s first quarter; raising the bar on the industry’s image by setting standards; and helping the public recognize legitimate and quality shops in Canada.
