East Penn Becomes Lifetime Trustee of University Of The Aftermarket Foundation

The University of the Aftermarket Foundation has welcomed East Penn Manufacturing Co. as a lifetime trustee following its recent donation in memory of DeLight Breidegam, founder and former chairman of East Penn and his daughter Sally Miksiewicz, former CEO and vice chairman of the private, family-owned company.

Christopher Pruitt, president of East Penn, will serve as the company’s representative on the University of the Aftermarket Foundation board of trustees.

“When DeLight was honored by Northwood University with the Outstanding Business Leader Award, it was a testament to the profound impact he and Sally have had on our company and the industry. While we greatly miss their leadership and friendship, their legacy will live on through the education of the next generation of industry professionals,” said Pruitt. “Education has always been an important part of the East Penn culture, so this donation to the University of the Aftermarket Foundation is a fitting tribute to the memory of these two well-respected leaders.”
