Dana Marketing Executive to Head Engine Parts Division

Terry Shively has been named vice president and general manager of Dana’s Engine and Fluid Management Group’s Clevite Engine Parts Division.
Terry McCormack, president of the Dana Automotive Aftermarket Group (AAG) made the announcement.
In December 2003, Dana Corp. announced its intention to divest the company’s automotive aftermarket group in a move to sharpen its focus on the OE marketplace. The proposed divestiture does not involve Dana’s Clevite distribution and marketing activities based in Ann Arbor, Mich., or its related operations in Churubusco, Ind.; Collierville, Tenn.; and Olive Branch, Miss.
In this new position, Shively will be responsible for the Clevite marketing and distribution headquarters based in Ann Arbor, and the Clevite distribution centers in Churubusco; Collierville; and Olive Branch. He will also oversee eight branch locations around the U.S.
Most recently, Shively served as vice president of marketing and public relations for the Dana Automotive Aftermarket Group. Prior to that, he served as general manager of the Clevite operation; vice president of marketing at WIX Filtration Products; product planning manager at Dana’s Churubusco, Ind., facility; heavy-duty sales and marketing manager; and OEM account manager for Victor Reinz Gaskets. Having joined Dana in 1970, he brings more than three decades of Dana experience to this new assignment.
