Continental Looking at Delphi and Dana


Tiremaker Continental AG may be interested in picking up pieces of embattled auto parts makers Delphi and Dana.
Shares in the German company rose after newspaper Die Welt said the tiremaker is interested in buying parts of the companies.
Continental added 1.9 percent to 91.11 euros. The Hanover- based company plans to strengthen its business in North America and Asia and is able to spend as much as 4 billion euros for acquisitions, the newspaper said.
