Bosch Alleges Wiper Blade Patent Infringement

Robert Bosch LLC has filed a lawsuit against Pylon Manufacturing Corporation, alleging that Pylon violated several wiper blade patents.

A complaint filed in the Federal Court in the District of Delaware alleges that certain Pylon wiper blades sold as Optimum, Radius, and Symphony products violate Bosch’s U. S. patents.

The complaint also alleges Pylon has made false statements in commerce about the origin of these blades, saying that they mislead the trade and the public into believing the technology employed in the products was developed by Pylon rather than Bosch.

Bosch is seeking an injunction against continued infringement and acts of false advertising, and an award of damages.
