Big O Tires Announces New Senior Vice President

Big O Tires, Inc. has announced the hiring of Peter B. Hultgren as Senior Vice President, Strategic Business Development. Hultgren, the former VP of Franchise Sales with Arby’s, LLC, will report directly to John Adams, President of Big O Tires, Inc., He will be responsible for business development strategy and execution and will oversee the franchise sales activities of Big O Tires, Inc. as they continue to expand their number of franchises that currently number over 560, located in 22 states.

Hultgren has 23 years of experience in the franchise industry, holding sales and marketing management positions with ComputerLand Corporation, MicroAge, Inc., Round Table Pizza and most recently as Vice President of Franchise Sales with Arby’s, LLC, a leading, quick service restaurant chain with over 3,500 franchised and company-owned stores with annual system-wide revenue in excess of $2.7 billion.
Hultgren is a graduate of Stanford University, Stanford, California.
Big O Tires serves over 560 franchised stores, primarily in the Western and Midwestern states, and also distributes tires and other automotive service products to Associated Dealers in Western Canada. Since 1996, Big O Tires has operated as a subsidiary of Florida-based TBC Corporation.
